Maryland
Industry:
Retail
As Brand Director, I led the creative direction for Remedy’s retention program to turn repeat purchasers into loyal brand advocates.
Partnering closely with a cross-functional team across campaign management, email marketing, and design, we delivered a performance-driven retention strategy designed to increase repeat revenue, boost customer lifetime value, and support long-term scalability.
THE CHALLENGE.
Remedy needed to increase revenue from its existing customer base by turning retention into a primary growth driver.
Primary challenges included:
Increasing repeat purchase frequency through targeted retention campaigns
Re-engaging inactive customers who had fallen out of the purchase cycle
Building loyalty without relying on constant discounts
Delivering tailored messaging aligned to customer lifecycle stages
RESULTS & IMPACT.
The retention program delivered measurable impact through:
Weekly Campaigns: Generated over $850K in repeat revenue with 30%+ open rates and 3%+ conversion rates
Automated Flows: Sustained 30%+ open rates and ~4% conversion rates across welcome, birthday, and abandoned cart journeys
Win-Back Strategy: Re-engaged 1,000+ lapsed customers, producing nearly $100K in incremental revenue
