Terrabis is a fast-growing multi-location retail brand operating across U.S. markets. As the business scaled, its digital experience needed to support regional differences while maintaining a clear path to purchase.
The project delivered a scalable, conversion-optimized platform that adapts content and product availability by location, integrates with third-party systems, and unifies commerce and loyalty into a cohesive user experience.
THE CHALLENGE.
Operating across multiple regions introduced several operational constraints:
Adapting unique experiences per location to support regional content and product differences
Designing around limited third-party platform capabilities
Enabling independent client management and updates for dynamic site content
The challenge was translating this complexity into an intuitive customer experience while supporting behind-the-scenes operations.
RESULTS & IMPACT.
The redesigned platform delivered measurable business value by:
Driving increased customer engagement and higher conversion rates
Aligning search marketing strategy with a comprehensive, scalable site structure
Providing a lightweight content management approach for efficient daily and weekly updates
Enabling new revenue opportunities through integrated advertising placements
As the business has scaled into new locations, the platform has provided a flexible and repeatable foundation.

GUIDING THE PATH TO PURCHASE.
The experience is anchored by a location first architecture that ensures users interact only with relevant content and products from the start. Key insights from the live platform include:
Store selection determines all downstream content, inventory visibility, and purchase flows
Product discovery supports both exploration and intent through category, effect, and brand based navigation
Dynamic menus and filters streamline browsing while reducing friction and dead ends
Online ordering and pickup are core behaviors, with inventory and offers tailored per location
Loyalty and rewards are embedded directly into the shopping journey to encourage repeat engagement
