Terrabis is a fast growing multi location retail brand operating across multiple U.S. markets. As the business scaled, its digital experience needed to support regional differences while maintaining a clear, shopping focused path to purchase.

The project delivered a scalable conversion optimized platform that adapts content and product availability by location, integrates seamlessly with constrained third party systems, and unifies commerce and loyalty into a cohesive user experience.

THE CHALLENGE.

Operating across multiple regions introduced several constraints:

  • Creating a unique experience per location that supports both content and product differences

  • Designing around limited third party platform capabilities

  • Enabling the client to independently manage and update dynamic site content

The challenge was to translate this complexity into a clear and intuitive customer experience while supporting operational requirements behind the scenes.
